Your Eco 5 is covered for 2 years

Every FoodCycler Eco 5 sold by enrich360 comes with a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your Eco 5 develops a fault caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during normal household use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's covered
- Manufacturing faults and defects in the Eco 5 unit and its original parts
- Faults that appear during normal household use, following the user manual

What's not covered
- Damage from processing items the user manual advises against (for example large bones, cooking oil, or overfilling past the max fill line)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Consumables that wear out with normal use, such as carbon filter pellets
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear

How to make a claim
1. Email warranty@enrich360.com.au with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video if you can.
2. Our Melbourne team will reply within 1–2 business days to help troubleshoot.
3. If your Eco 5 needs to come back, we'll send you a prepaid return label, so you won't pay any postage.
4. We'll repair or replace your unit and send it back to you at no cost.

Who covers the costs
enrich360 covers all reasonable costs of a valid warranty claim, including return postage and shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law.
