Refund policy

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Try the Eco 5 at home for up to 30 days. If it's not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price once it's returned. Returns must be emptied and cleaned (bucket washed and dried), complete with all parts and accessories, undamaged beyond normal use, and in the original packaging. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. We may reduce the refund if the item is returned damaged, dirty or with parts missing.

FAULTY PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY
Every Eco 5 comes with a 2-year replacement warranty. If your Eco 5 develops a fault covered by the warranty, we'll send you a prepaid return label and repair or replace it at no cost to you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

YOUR RIGHTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Email info@enrich360.com.au with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple instructions.

Refunds are made to your original payment method (including Afterpay and Zip) once we've received and checked the return.
